I can't connect my board in external mode (monitor&tune)

Hi, these days I have been reading the code generation examples of C2000 series provided on the official website, in which the function of "monitor&tune" is used. However, after I click "monitor&tune" after completing the hardware configuration, simulink can normally download and generate the code, but it is stuck in the last connection interface.It can be seen that "connecting to the target" is always displayed at the bottom of Figure 1.
