how to hide text in image using scrambling algorithm ??

hi , i want to hide text on image using scrambling algorithm . by using a transformation equation Et, to scramble the pixels within the image. Et is a two way function which acts a key for scrambling and unscrambling the image. Since we are using a key to scramble the image it can be considered as image cryptography thanks .
