Matlab two graphs plotting

I am plotting two different plots in one graph. I have made one plot as exact vaue and other plot as approxi ate value using some function.

I am should get some intersection points but I am getting none and then graph is a bit away from each other. what could be the reason for this error?

This should narrow it down: Either the exact value is wrong or the approximate value is wrong, or both are wrong, or thinking that they should intersect is wrong.
