Why do I keep getting an error saying I'm using 121.1% of program memory when using "Monitor & Tune" in Simulink?

Whenever I try to do basic simulations using the Arduino Support Package for Simulink I always get the same error with the same exact values for program memory. But when I use the Build, Deploy & Start function it works just fine. It also says I'm only using 48.6% of data memory which makes sense to me because I have 16 GB of RAM on my computer. I should note I'm on the student version of Simulink but all my classmates whose computers aren't as strong as mine can do the simulations just fine.
