Finding and Reading plateau values from a 2-D plot

Hi,

I have a simple Concentration V/s Time data which has been plotted and which is also attached with this question. I am looking for some solution / code which can detect the plateaus and then extract these plateau values and store in a separate vector..

I am still a beginner and through my last question on this forum, I have been able to learn a lot. I would greatly appreciate a detailed answer.. :)
