MathWorks Raspbian image does not validate the downloaded zip file

1 visualizzazione (ultimi 30 giorni)
Hello! I am new to the raspberry pi world and would (urgently) need to download the matlab hardware support package for raspberry pi. Download all correct. The problem comes when you have to download the necessary zip for the set up because when I click the validate button, it doesn't work. I get a popup saying that there is an error and that 'invalid image. please try again'.
How could I fix it? Please, I am desperate to know the solution. Thanks in advance, regards

Hi!
It is my understanding that you are trying to set up the hardware support package for Raspberry Pi; however, you are encountering an error stating "invalid image."
I'm not entirely certain about the exact reason for the error you are encountering, but I came across a similar issue that might be helpful. You can refer to the following link:
Please follow the steps outlined in the above link and see if it helps. It's important to pay close attention to the recommendation to first remove the previous zip file and then delete the "SupportPackages" directory, before attempting a reinstall. Additionally, the path mentioned in the above link is C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2014a. If you don't find this path, try looking for the following path: C:\ProgramData\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2023a (or any other release).
If after deleting the folder, MATLAB misbehaves, or gives the following error it’s advised to restart your device.
If restarting the device doesn’t helps, then restore the deleted folder back and, you can reach out to MathWorks for support through this link https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
Hope this helps.
