How can I read the img file to extract the information of radiance from that file?

I have the file name "f110515t01p00r06rdn_c_sc01_ort_img" which is the image file and can be opened in the ENVI software. I want to open this file to get the information about the hyperpsectral radiance value.

The hypercube function reads hyperspectral data and returns a hypercube object. The object contains the hyperspectral data cube and its related properties. Use the object functions to remove or select a desired hyperspectral band, assign new pixels values, generate coloured image, and write hyperspectral data to the ENVI (environment for visualizing images) file format.
