How to access USB camera connected to Rapsbery Pi B+ with matlab(not Simulink)?

Hello all, I have problem accessing USB Camera connected to RPi B+ via Matlab?
I have support package installed but there is no resource (As per I searched) method to access USB camera. I am not able to capture images. I have tried with Simulink and it worked properly.
Please help
