divide a string every 15 characters

I want to divide this string into 5 strings long 15 characters

This is 20 times slower:

function B = StepSplit(A, w)

len = strlength(A);
n   = ceil(len / w);
B   = strings(1, n);
c   = 1;
for k = 1:n - 1
   B(k) = extractBetween(A, c, c + w);
   c    = c + w;
end
B(n) = extractBetween(A, c, len);

end

I did not experiment with string methods. I found an approach that worked, and went with it.
