How to remove outliers & perform Ptest

Hello,
I have data as in attachment. I want to calculate Maximum, minimum, Range, Mean, and Standard deviation. But to calculate, I want to remove outlier data (above 3sigma, or 5sigma) (or by setting p value). Please help me how to do this in matlab.
