For loop to take the average of previous 10 elements and next 10 elements in an array in each step

How can I make a for loop to go through an array (dimensions = 1 row x 383 columns) and take the average of the previous 10 elements and next 10 elements in each step, then return the new array with the same dimensions as the original (1 row x 383 columns)?
