How to generate post-processing deformation (color grading) in matlab based on data excel from ansys?

Hi everybody.

I want to ask how to generate post-processing deformation (color grading) in matlab based on excel data from ansys. So, I need validation from matlab for post-processing in FEM application like Ansys.

In the figure above (left: ansys, right:matlab) is post processing stress in element location. But, I don't know how to generate deformation (nodal location) in matlab. Please help.
