Having trouble Logging in

When I try to login it tells me "Unable to link the University Liscense to MathWorks account *my email*. It says Possible reasons you must have a mathworks account with your university provided email create one now. But i already have one created but i keep getting this error when i login

Call tech support and ask for Installation.

You should have a MATLAB support person at your uni site. Contact that person.
