Plotting data of single channel in multichannel EEG file

I have an EEG file. When it is loaded, it is assigned as x in workspace. I need to plot the data in channels 1, 2 and 3 in a single figure. EEG file is a multichannel brain single. It is much better to briefly explain the code for better understanding. Thank You
