How can I add air-ater interface in the acoustic source localization examples?

I am trying to use the source localization examples to study acoustic localization. My case is the sound source is in the air and the receivers microphone array are underwater. I am unsure how to add the dynamics of air-water interfcae into these calculations.
Thank you

Apply Snell's law for refraction.
and
Set index of refraction=1 in the faster medium:
and
Then
For sound going from air to water, total internal reflection occurs at
This is the opposite of light, which can experience total internal reflection when going from water to air. This occurs because light is faster in air than water, but sound is the opposite.

Thanks for your answer, William. While I am aware of the physics, my question was more for the implementtaion in code. How do I add this effect to the acoustic localization examples available in the phased array systems toolbox. I looked at all of the functions, and most are defined only for water based or only air based transmissions.
I hope this clarifies!
Thank you

I'm sorry but I have not used the phased array toolbox so I cannot assist on that.
