Generated Report - Incorporate into the pdf generated from blocks a word file with pictures

I'm currently working on autogererated a report form a simulink file and I want to incorporate into this pdf file another word file with some description and picture. Is there a way to do this and no loose links from blocks as well as adjust the chapters numbers and all the index?

but this in not my case , my case i want to incorporate the information generated by Simulink Report Generator into an existing pdf already with information generated by Simulink Report Generator. With a DOM class.
