My license expired, how do I renew it?

I'm still a student but haven't used matlab since a year ago, I just tried to log into it but it says it's expired, how to do I renew it?

Student licenses that you purchase directly from Mathworks through the online store, do not expire.

MOOC licenses provided by a particular course do expire, and can only be extended by the person running the course.

Academic licenses for students provided by university can certainly expire. The renewal process for such a license depends upon the university; in some cases you have to fill out some kind of internal form provided by the university; in other cases you might just need to rerun the activation process. In other cases you can fill out the form at https://www.mathworks.com/academia/tah-support-program/eligibility.html to check whether your student email gets you a license.
