create Output of ANN Classifier as class lable?

hi i am having a plant disease feature database of 140 images.I have an i/p matrix of size 7 x 140 (7 features each of 140 images).I am also created target matrix of of size 5 x 140(5 classes).I am created the ANN classifier(by following demo of cancer in matworks)but i dont how display the result as plant disease class such as downy mildey,leaf blight etc...please help me
