Make my picture clearer

Hi everyone,

I have a photo of an ID, but it is too blurry to read. Could you recommend me a way to make my photo readable?

If it's too blurry, it's possible that the information is just not there. But you could try experimenting around with deconvreg or deconvlucy or similar functions.

Thanks for your recommendation. But yes, I think the information is really not there in this case. It's cut out of a camera recording. It's circled in yellow in this picture ... I mean nobody could tell what it was if I didn't say it's an ID there though .... I'm trying to pay someone to do it, but I haven't been able to find anyone could get the information from that ID yet.
