Is it possible to use the Adaptive MPC controller to control an LPV system?
I mean is it possible to consider the linear parameter varying system as an uncertain plant with changing dynamics like the qLPV one and control using the Adaptive MPC controller?

This is possible with Model Predictive Control Toolbox yes, please take a look at this example.
