It's difficult to know how much needs to be explained here. I'll assume that you know what autocorrelation is.
Unless you specified differently, the blue lines delineate the confidence intervals at 2 standard errors (on each side). So, it looks like you have statistically significant autocorrelation for up to 3 lags.
