- Sort the points from both curves in increasing order of frequency.
- Initialize separate indexes for each curve, starting from the lowest frequency point.
- Iterate through the points, finding the next highest frequency point from both curves, and incrementing the respective index.
- For a particular point, you could check for non-intersecting regions by checking if the next highest frequency point after this point belongs to the same curve.

I understand that you have plotted two curves on the same graph and want to find non-intersecting regions between them.
