Cannot open an app designer with Axes plot in matlab 2022b but it opens fine with 2022a.

Hi,

I have been designing an app in matlab R2022a that has multple tabs and multiple Axes where I plot different things. I recently updated to matlab R2022B and when I open the matlab app, it opens completely empty. After spending a few hours, I realized that the error is coming from the Axes block. When I remove the Axes blocks, the app opens fine.

I then start a new fresh app in R2022B and I cannot seem to add a Axes block. It keeps on loading and never opens.

I update to the latest R2022B and still doesnt work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i have the same issue and the error text i get is:

Caught "std::exception" Exception message is:

Loading (path of matlab loading) failed with error: The specified module could not be found.

: not connected: not connected

i tried searching how to resolve it but haven't come up with anyhting useful, hope to help in finding some solutions!

I've run into the same issue while designing an app. I haven't found a solution. I have noticed that when I hover over the saved file before opening it, the app displays with the axes just fine. I run into the same issue when I try to create a new GUI.
