Can I generate 5G TM3.1b 1024QAM test vector using Wireless waveform Generator MATLAB 2021b?

Hi,
I am using MATLAB 2021b version with 5g and LTE Toolboxes. I want to generate TM3.1b NR test vector(1024 QAM). I am not able to find TM3.1b in the list. But in 3gpp specification TM3.1b is available in TS 138 141-1 V17.6.0. Do I need to install R2022b (latest version)?
