Are there any blocks that work with Simulink simulation but not real-time?

I have a program using a speedgoat and when I run it using simulation it runs fine, displays all of my scopes, no errors. However, when I try to run it in real-time, I get "Error running {file name} on target: Error building {file name}" in the diagnostic viewer. I have run the oscilloscope examples in real-time and they work no problem. Does anyone know of any blocks that could be in my program prohibiting me from running it in real-time? Thanks
