How to send variable signals in Simulink?

I have the signal I need to use in simulink model. The x-axis is time step while the y-axis is the value at each time step. I have a csv file of this data. How to use this in simulink?

Simulink has [From Spreadsheet] block that can be used to read data from an external file - *.csv.
Here is one example (DATA_read.slx and Data.csv - attached to theis post) - Simulink model with external data reading block - [From Spreadsheet] with discrete solver with a step size of 0.001.

Could you send the slx file in downgraded version? I have R2022a
