Sonar Equation Calculator comes with phased array toolbox. You need that toolbox.

It looks like the Sonar Equation Calculator is part of the Phased Array System Toolbox.
To install this on MATLAB desktop, go to the Home tab in the main toolbar > Add-Ons > Get Add-Ons > search for 'Phased Array System Toolbox' > select it and click 'Install' (if it is included in your license). You should then be able to access the app in the Apps tab in the main toolbar.
