Using ubuntu 20.04 LTS and unity 2019.4 cannot import PCD files.

Hi! I am trying to get vector_map using a pcd file with MapToolbox. I had installed the tools with the branch of lanelet2_linux . Packages are installed correctly, however I can't import PCD.
