Scale Bar adjustment in an OCT scan

Greetings,
Can somebody please help me with an Issue?I am trying to measure the area of lined ROI using FIJI since I am quite noobie in MATLAB, however as you can see the width and height of the scale bar are not similar, and I don’t know how I can change the pixel measurements to microns since the set scale option only has one bar to fill.
Is there anyway I could fix the problem without losing the scan details?
Scale Height = 51.34 Px
Scale Width = 16.83 Px

Perhaps you should ask your Fiji question in an ImageJ forum. We're just about MATLAB here. I'm attaching a demo about drawing a polygon in MATLAB.
