How to connect tj and tc in the SPICE-Imported MOSFET?

Is this way to connect tj and tc is right?

What should I do if I want the SPICE-Imported MOSFET to run at the fixed temperature? Can you give me a example? Thank you.

Hi,

It is my understanding that you are working on SPICE-Imported MOSFET and want to know whether the connection made is correct or not. The connection made with ‘tj’ and ‘tc’ is correct.

If you want the SPICE-Imported MOSFET to run at a fixed temperature then just connect a voltage source to ‘tj’ (Junction temperature) and disconnect the voltage source to ‘tc’ (Case temperature).
