which version of the matlab supports hevc codec?

i extracted a bin file from hm reference software. i do no how to convert the .bin to .hevc file to get the video file. i used matlab to get the video file from bin file but show an error as "Unable to initialize the video obtain properties(videoreader in matlab)" and also im getting"suitble codec is missing" like that. what i have to do to get the video file from bin file.please help out for my research

If you are using Windows then you need to add an hvec codec. You can buy one from Microsoft, but free ones are also available; see https://www.winxdvd.com/resource/hevc-codec.htm
