We are using Polyspace Access (R2021b) to review results from Polyspace Bug Finder (R2019b). Multiple people are reviewing the results to process them faster.
The problem we observed multiple times is that a comment either disappears or is probably overwritten unintentionally. We did not find any button or a key shortcut to save comments. Comments usually stick around after typing it and moving on, but if a different person is viewing the result at the same time, how does Access process it?
Is there any way how to make sure that the comment stays (configuration, key binding)? Could it be due to multiple people reviewing the results? What is the recommended process in such a case? Multiple people reviewing is the main point of using Access for us.

A result set in Polyspace Access can be opened by multiple people at the same time and review comments added. This would support the case where different reviewers own different files for instance but all files are part of the same result. Then, owners of files might be reviewing the defects in the files they own. Or, there can be some other separation between the reviewers so that they don't regularly overwrite each other.
Having said that, I understand that occasionally, multiple reviewers might have overwritten each other's comments inadvertently. You can figure out if that happened by looking at the review history of a result (introduced in R2021b). For more details, see Review History in Polyspace Access Web Interface.
There should be no situation where a comment just disappears. If you did encounter such a situation, you might have encountered a bug. In that case, you can try upgrading to a more recent version where the bug might be fixed or contact Technical Support.
