about non maximum supression method in Dalal paper

Hi everyone: Recently, I have read the NavneetDalalThesis about the non maximum supression method on merge mutli detection windows. I found the NMS method they used is based on combinie the KDE and mean shift mehtod. I just wonder if someone have the matlab code on this? I want to try on this. Thank you so much ahead.
