App Building Components: where are they?

In the App Designer, I cannot find the Tab anymore that hold the App Building Components. It is simply gone and I do not know how to retreive it. Is this something that has to do with a bug, or have I accidently minimized this specific tool strip?

Assuming you minimized the Component Library, look to the left and double click Component Library as shown in the image below. Or if you are looking for the list of the components already created. Look at the Component Browser on the right (double click if minimized).

Kevin, I would expect this button to be there as well, since MATLAB 2022b gives me this option. However, this is the window I have right now (2023a):
