Why are my Ximea camera device not detected using the Image Acquisition. A warning poped "No devices were detected for the 'gentl' adaptor"

I have already installed the support package for genlcam interface. But when I try to connect the XImea camera with the image acquisition toolbox, a warning shows up, "No devices were detected for the 'gentl' adaptor".
Using the vendor camtool, I can detect the device and auquire images.
And I have checked as the troubleshooting instructions, I still can not detect the device with matlab.
