Set video camera position

Hello

i want to position the x,y axes of my camera. i have a cross on the wall and when i put my object which my program suppose to tracking it on that cross i get a coordinate position of (250,435) and i want to position my camera in a sort that my coordinate will be (0,0) when my object is in that cross.
