i got an error with trans12()

>> T1 = trans12(1,2)

Undefined function or variable 'trans12'.

I use matlab R2017B

i have installed robotics toolbox and machine vision toolbox by Peter Corke. But i am still getting this error.

The function is not written correctly. It's transl2 (with an l, not a 1)
