Im getting dimension error in goto (current) block input and output both the sides.

This kind of error occurs when there is a mismatch between the dimension of the data that the signal is carrying and the dimension that the port is expecting or sending out. Please make sure the receiving port and the connected signal have suitable data types and dimensions. Without looking at the model, I cannot give a more specific answer.
