How to download Matlab Update Packages?

We have over 20 CI/CD Windows Azure VMs. We already automated the installation of different Matlab Versions on all VMs. Now we are looking to automate the Update process for every version.

We know there is a way to apply updates Via CMD Line AS LONG AS we have the Update Package File with us. The problem that we are facing is that the Update Packages for some of the versions that we need are NOT available in the Mathworks downloads website (https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/).

Updates that we need:

R2019b - Update 9 - available

R2020b - Update 8 - NOT available

R2022b - Update 6 - NOT available

How can we obtain the Update Packages for the Matlab versions mentioned above and what's a reliable way to download any future ones for any version that we require?
