Why is MATLAB taking a long time to run code and freezes when I manually stop the run?

The code will not finishing running and does not output the variables in the workspace. When i manually stop the code, it either won't stop and MATLAB will freeze or it will take a while to finally stop. I have tried to run sections at a time but still have the same issue when I reach a certain point in the code.

That sounds like RAM is full.
