How to use the model of Governor Type 1？

Could anyone provide an example of how to use Governor Type 1, and provide some explanation?

Simulink provides a governer type 1 model as a block. Here's the link to the documentation of the same:

Regarding the usage, the input ports are turbine speed and speed reference bias. The outputs are low and high pressure mechanical power. There are other parameters such as speed ref, initial torque etc which are configurable according to model requirements.
