Is there a bug in Matlab code editing window?

Between running the codes, when switching from the figure window or comment window back to the coding window the "EDITOR" tab doesn't show up. It only appears when I click into another .m file from the one I'm currently on.

Are you use the experimental MATLAB desktop that supports Dark Mode? I seem to recall seeing a similar report that applied to Dark Mode.
