how to work with kinect camera

Hello dear. I hope you have a good day.

Unfortunately I don't know how to configure this camera to take videos of people, and I didn't find the instructions for this camera on the internet.

This camera has two basic problems, one is that when installing it and running the Matlab program, the videos are incomplete and sometimes it gives terror. (like :select to choose what happens with this device). I don't know how to use it so that the data I get from it is correct and can be easily extracted from that feature? And another question is What can I do to display 30 frames for me completely because it doesn't display more than 20 frames on my laptop. Has anyone worked with kinect v2 camera?

Please guide me if you have any information in this field. I saw a tip a few hours ago, but it has now been deleted. Please advise again so I can check.

• you did not mention the operating system you are using. The Mathworks support package https://www.mathworks.com/help/imaq/kinect-for-windows-hardware.html is only available for Windows; the library I linked to is available for Windows, Linux, MacOS
• we can hypothesize that there might be bugs or inefficiency in the drivers Mathworks provided. The package on github is potentially a more stable package.

That is right. My operating system is windows 11. the brand of my laptop is ASUZ TUF GAMING F15. When i want to run this support package from this link ( https://www.mathworks.com/hardware-support/kinect-windows.html ) i get this eror. I do not know where is my problem
