My inverter(three level) and rectifier(three level) is working fine seperately but when I am connecting them back to back then there is problem in simulation.

I am getting perfect waveforms when I am running my inverter (three level) and rectifier (three level) simulation seperately but when I am connecting them than there are many problems( I am getting distorted waveforms). Inverter control and rectifier control seperatley working fine. How can I resolve that problem.
