How can i find the lost workspace data if i did not save as .mat file?

% I've lost data from workspace when i closed MATLAB and then restarted. How can i access the workspace data again?

Sorry, the data is gone and cannot be recovered.
You might be able to make use of the command history to re-do some of the previous command steps.
