How can I add stoichiometry value in simbiology model builder 2023b ?

I created a model for the pathway and cascade of event in the absense of a drug. In one of the reactions before the final one, the reactant produces 3 products and 1 intermediate (A) that is used in the final reaction. A has to be lower than the intermediates ( not produced as much). Furthermore, I want to know how to add a rule to decrease a reaction once products reach a certain value. As both reactants and products should increase a bit and then decrease back to zero after reaching a concentration.
