Hi Ali,
in R2009b, the product name was Real-Time Windows Target and the function name was rtwintgt. So please try
rtwintgt -install
Good Luck, Jan

Hi Ali,
the documentation should be included with your installation. Please try
doc rtwintgt
and navigate the documentation from there.
Good Luck, Jan

Hi Ali,
According to the documentation pages of "sldrtkernel", it was introduced in R2015a version of MATLAB. This could be the possible reason.
I would suggest upgrading to a newer version, and try running the same command. As its working fine for me on R2023b.
Thanks
Gyan

HI Gyan,
Thanks for your reply.I believe name of this toolkit was changed from Real-Time Windows Target to Simulink Desktop Real-Time since 2015a release and that is the reason why it says "it was introduced in R2015a version" based on this thread, and i've seen this kernel running on older version than R2015a.
Sadly because i'm restricted to use windows xp sp2, The Matlab version upgrade is not a option,It's already the newest version that support windows xp (x86) sp2.
