command not found: pip

Python is installed and loaded in Matlab but pip is not found
how can I fix this?

pip is a python command, not a shell command.
!python pip install tensorflow

Thank you for your response. I used previous code from a live code in one of Matlab website's videos.
!python pip install tensorflow
this doesn't work in matlab either.
