Hey xufei,
After going through the documentation, I followed the steps given on the following page:
Initially, I was also not able to find the Init button and was able to reproduce the issue.
For the button to be visible, follow the below steps:
  1. Open the example by using following command:
>> openExample('serdes/GloballyAdaptReceiverComponentsUsingPulseResponseMetricsExample')
>> serdesDesigner('rx_ctle_adapt_dfe_train.mat')
2. Go to top right, Click "Export" and then select "Export SerDes System to Simulink"
3. Once the model is exported to a Simulink model, double click the Rx Subsystem and you will find the 'Init' block.
4. Double click the 'Init' block and you will see the 'Show Init' button.
Hope the above steps resolve your issue!
