1-D x n dimensions lookup table in simulink

Hello all,

I have 5 80X2 matrices, which I would like to build a lookup table from. the first input is used to select one of the 5 matrices and the second is the closest row approximation of that matrix - the single output is the matching value found in the second column.

any ideas on how can I do it?
